Is MSN Giving Users Hand Crafted Search Results?

There has been a buzz about MSN’s job listing ad for potential employees who could produce “hand crafted results“. Many blogs and search engine sites have made claims that this is no joke, while many others say that’s exactly what it is. So who is correct? The answer can not be seen until MSN starts to show us these results. As for what I can see there have been dramatic changes in the MSN search results with in the last couple of months. The result of whatever changes that have been made are extraordinary. Many sites that rank 1st in Google and or Yahoo are in some cases no where to be seen in MSN. Whatever they are doing they need to improve it.
